For about two years, we have been offering BioLogics, Inc.'s ultrasonic homogenizers. Very recently - about two weeks ago - we stopped hearing from them. They haven't been responding to phone calls nor to emails. We've seen something similar to this once before: when Sci-Cool, a manufacturer of laboratory refrigerators and freezers, closed up shop, there was no notice and for all intensive purposes they simply evaporated. This feels pretty similar to that.
In this instance with BioLogics, Inc., it was more of a problem as we had open orders with them. Disappearing on customers is not something that we view as acceptable under any circumstances.
Those things taken into account, we decided to pull the BioLogics, Inc. line of ultrasonic homogenizers from Homogenizers.net. It seemed like a fairly straightforward decision for us. Since it reduces your choice, however, we wanted to let you know about the circumstances leading up to this decision.
